Abuse and fraud are our redlines on Sportconn, and we do not give room for that to thrive. This article will educate you on how to prevent fraud and report abuse and fraud to the Support Team.

Pay attention to profile details

A user with no profile picture or other clear means of identity might be potential fraud. Pay attention to their profile and ensure it is open and does not have any blurry feel before you interact with them.

Don’t share sensitive details with a stranger

Refrain from sharing sensitive information about you or anything else with a stranger. Keep the conversation on a neutral level to keep things safe.

Report Abuse or Fraud to the Support Team

Sportconn does not have a place for abuse of any sort. Therefore, if you suspect or find out that a user is fraudulent or is using abusive words.

Here’s how to report a user for fraud, abusive, or any other offense:

Step 1

Visit the Sportconn website at https://www.sportconn.com/ with your preferred browser. As shown below.

Step 2

Go to Sign In and enter your login details. But if you are already logged in, that won’t be needed.

Step 3

When you are fully logged in, then click on the Contact Us button to reach send your report to the Sportconn Team. We will give you a response soon.
